The service was amazing. Very helpful and compassionate. My Mom got a single room with a kitchenette, and private bathroom. Her facility was right on the waterfront with walking paths, a cafe and beautiful parlors. Facility did weekly cleanings and laundry. The administration staff was very outgoing, caring, and helpful. PositiveLovely location, staff that makes you feel like family
The location of this facility is great and the staff is great. Apartment sizes are very nice and maintenance folks have been responsive when needed. The staff are all super nice, across the board. The only issues we've had were related to some inconsistent housekeeping while they had some turnover but that all seems to be resolved

The head nurse, [name removed], is amazing. She is also in charge of the care staff. Everyone was so professional and thorough in their care of [name removed]. When sheets or clothes needed changing, it was done immediately. When he went into hospice and died, they were supportive to the end. I cannot say enough good things about Summerhouse. [name removed] had been to two other assisted living facilities before that, and there was no comparison. We wish we had moved him there sooner.
