CriticalHad to move my father out after three weeks
My father’s health declined so rapidly due to lack of competent nursing care he was admitted to the hospital just two weeks after being placed there.. I meet a couple of times with the Director of Nursing and the Executive director and nothing changed. My father fell and they did not notify me. The outpatient home health OT found him bleeding and called me. They did not weigh my father or give him his diuretics correctly and he gained 17 pounds of fluid in two weeks.
