PositiveThe staff I met were all so kind and caring and really wanted to know and understand my 87-year-old mother and her needs. I came just before lunch, and all of the residents coming into the dining room seemed happy to see each other, with lively conversations happening and smiles everywhere. The residence was homey and looked very comfortable; and I would feel comfortable that my mom would be well-cared-for there.
