Overall... 5/5 in all categories. They really were fantastic, so kind and understanding. Always available. My dad was in the memory care unit and the residents are always being engaged and the activities are different every day. Food was made to each resident and their preferences were always taken into consideration. The facility was so clean.

All the staff is aware of our dad's needs and restrictions. From the culinary director to the recreation coordinator. The facility itself is spotless, modern and inviting. Everyone knows my dad by name, us as well. It's a nice intimate setting with plenty of activities and chances for socialization. Smaller, more personal attention. Less residents. PositiveWe got several calls after looking into options and it was overwhelming. The sales girl called every few weeks to see if we were ready to talk so we finally bit the bullet and visited. My mom lit up when a welcome sign was waiting for her at the front desk and we were even offered to stay for a meal. It was our first visit and we need to look no further. [name removed] gave us such peace of mind that we know where we are going when we're ready to move her.
