Sales folks knowledgeable and honest. Reception area, friendly, and helpful daily. The floor staff is very business like, which we like, but they would also take the time and talk with us and the residence. They have a young man that does activities named [name removed], who does fantastic job. My mother has issues with incontinence, which, as staff I can imagine could be difficult to handle day in and day out. We are very new to Sunrise but the staff is caring and they are trying hard to integrate my parents into their community. We are encouraged that this is a good fit for our family. The Denver suite is a nice size and layout, there is good sunlight. The staff is kind and friendly and always happy to give me an update.
