I moved my mom into Sunrise about two years ago which was the best decision I could have made. The entire staff is great and very helpful and friendly. At first, my mom was very reluctant to live there but within a short time she had adjusted well and was happy once again. The community is warm and welcoming, making it easy to meet new friends and feel at home. Our assigned rep, [name removed], was amazing, helping us to narrow our search to Sunrise Mountain Lakes. The facility is newer, looks nice, and is clean; everyone is warm and friendly; the rooms are bright and cozy; and the food is very good. Sunrise ML has gone out of their way to make my Dad feel comfortable and has encouraged him to participate in activities; he has been raving about the staff and food. It was a surprisingly smooth transition.

My brother (who lives out of state) and I had to make the difficult decision to move Mom out her home in [Date Removed] . She has Alzheimer's, and even though we tried a live-in 24x7 caregiver in her home, things were spiraling out of control.
