Staff is great. My cousin is acclimating well. And I think it has to do a lot with the sense of community. They are very welcoming and it feels like a big family.

They were very responsive to all my requests and flexible in scheduling meetings, which made things easy to set up and coordinate. Communication was quick and helpful whenever I had questions. My mom hasn’t actually moved in yet, so I can’t really give more feedback about the care itself at this point. I’m hopeful that the same level of responsiveness carries over once she is there and that the care will be just as good.

PositiveHad to wait 10 minutes before someone came to welcome us. Also had to wait quite a while for the guide to find a wheelchair for my wife. And the piano sounded bad, needs tuning. Food at lunch was quite good.

PositiveI liked that the facility was not on a busy road. And liked the park-like grounds. I appreciated the tour and was pleased to see the residents enjoying meals and activities. The entrance and front desk area are warm and inviting. I appreciate the natural light everywhere. I am impressed with the transition options for memory care for couples that may not both need it.
