CriticalThere were a few employees who stood out both positive and negative. Mom was there a short while, I saw significant turnover in that time.

CriticalI would say for someone with dementia they have no experience at all. I did not experience the snf part, for just assisted living it is ok . If u need any kind of real assistance as in toileting, diaper changes, something to do for an activity, someone to check rooms at night on a regular schedule to make sure client is ok then it is not for your loved one.

PositiveThe head nurse, Marvin, is wonderful. He is very attentive and always available if needed. The activities staff is very patient with the memory care residents. They engage and encourage them to participate in daily activities. Our overall experience has been good. The number of staff/aides on floor could be better, but all that are there are caring and friendly.

Critical3 people were great. [names removed]. However one physical therapist told my friend she would never walk again on her first visit. What ever happened to let’s work together and see what happens. If you take away hope you take away everything. I do not know her name but she is a woman. I hope someone in charge speaks to her or fires her. What a horrible thing to say to someone that is already not doing well.

PositiveMy mom was sent to Livia for 3 weeks of rehab. They were very nurturing and attentive. My mom says the food isn't the best but they are working on that. The food is served regularly and they try to include my mom in activities. I feel safe leaving her at night knowing she is in good hands.
