Facility is warm and majority of the staff is friendly. It needs touching up. Both outside and inside. Getting appointments organized can feel disorganized at times. Service for foods can be slow. Getting updates that are very clear on my dad's status and progress can be tough to track down.

It's a lovely community, Clean, employees are lovely. I would say what's important for someone to understand is that it's not one to one care. Not that they advertise it as such but as a newcomer to this world, we did not really understand that.
