The facility is clean and the staff is for the most part very nice. The food service has gone substantially down since the purchase of Sunrise. The food selection is poor, the service is poor and the quantity if food is sometimes unacceptable. I have personally waited over an hour to get served and this happens to the residents frequently. Communications are terrible. Staff complains about the patients. Patients are not being turned in bed. Food is awful. They just sold out to another company, so hopefully things improve.

Top notch

Everything at the Sheridan is top notch. They get back to emails timely, the facility is very clean and my dad is thriving there.

[name removed] took is on a tour and was very thorough. She put our minds at ease that Sheridan was a great choice and provided incentives that would make the transition from the other facility seamless.

My Family Couldn't Be Happier with The Sheridan

For many reasons, after one year we are so glad we chose The Sheridan. We are extremely pleased with all aspects, and we will never consider moving my mother. We give The Sheridan 5 stars! I also give A Place for Mom 5 stars for the assistance they provided to me last year. It made the whole process much easier. My husband says it is like living on a cruise ship! I personally know all the staff and most of the residents by name and always enjoying visiting there. It's such a fun place!
