Criticalmemory care side, new move in experience
There are activities but not sure where my mom stands on participation level since im not there. Food seems good but she does not have the option to pic things she enjoys like I had originally been told. This however was due to her ending up on the memory care side and not assisted living so kind of is what it is. Cleanliness of the place as a whole is good but her room was not being cleaned or her laundry done for a month each time I had been there. Talked to staff so hopefully that has changed but I have not be…

Sunrise of palos park exceeds our expectations. Mom is cared for, comfortable. Staff is very attentive to her and management is very communicative to families. When storms knocked out power last week, [name removed] stayed in touch with families via emails, from start to finish. Mom's transition into senior living has been challenging. Every service helps. And she loves being outside looking at all the flowers on their lovely campus. We know we made the right decision with sunrise of palos park.
