CriticalI appreciated the initial recommendations but when my father's care level increased, I was told it was out of the scope of what APFM did which was disappointing. It turned out one of your recommendations COULD accept him in his condition, but we just happened to find out about that when the facility called us to let us know about an opening (this had nothing to do directly with APFM when the facility contacted me). PositiveNot enough staff in my opinion in the memory care unit. Room cleanliness was an issue. Some staff not thoroughly trained. They do have a hoyer lift which was the main reason we chose them over others.
★★★★★
CriticalThey are understaffed, and the care givers are untrained and not properly supervised. They posted a schedule both for care and activities that were rarely adhered to. The facility became unsafe for mom to stay there.

If your family member needs a little help with bathing, dressing, and someone to cook, and wants socializatio…
★★★★★
PositiveThey are very responsive and work hard to make residents and family feel welcome. It is easy to get in contact with staff and care arrangements are comprehensive. The building is quite nice also.
★★★★★
PositiveThe tour was well organized and showed me all of the different aspects of the community I needed to see. Unfortunately the cost involved exceeded my budget.
