CriticalBeautiful surroundings. Excellent compassionate care. Excellent as a transition location while we searched for a permanent placement. On the negative side: the medical support during the time we were there, was disorganized and low quality. Once we got established with a permanent facility for my family member, we realized what top-notch, comprehensive medical support can be.

PositiveMom moved in October and passed at the end of January. Construction on the common area started the day before she moved in. It was supposed to take 3 weeks but was still unfinished when she died 4 months later. There was very poor communication from Sunrise on progress and status, causing a lot of frustration.
