Review for Belmont Village Thousand Oaks

The staff is friendly they keep the patients busy and they are very nice to them.. They keep a good eye on them. Once we went to my moms room and they noticed right away that another patient followed us in and they came and got her. The food is good. They bring lots of love performers to sing and play the piano

Critical

Would not recommend if you need extra help

My parents are needing more help than Belmont can provide. Belmont did not live up to their price tag - it's too much money for the amount of care they provide or don't provide. If you don't need extra help, it's great. If you need any assistance with anything, it's poor/fair.

Amazing Facility & Staff

My mother passed away about a year ago. We loved Belmont Village Thousand Oaks!!! They were absolutely amazing! The program they offer for Dementia patients was really fun and helpful with memory issues. My mother was a teacher in her working days. She was really impressed with the curriculum. At first we were told Belmont prices were really high. When we went, we found out they have a flat rate which covers everything unless you need depends for incontinence. Those would get charged separately. We didn't need tho

Our family experience was a positive one, friendly staff, great caregivers, overall a really nice community and.........

The Residents, staff and management were all lovely. My Mom is now in a wonderful Board and Care home after a fall and broken hip at Belmont. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families but only if you don't need a lot of assistance. Board and Care better if you need more care. They are just not staffed to give the care most people need, unfortunately. Lovely nurses and caregivers, just not enough of them. Our family experience was a positive one, friendly staff, great caregivers, overall a really ni

Great Senior Care!!

As far as we are concerned, it is the best facility in this area by far. My main reason for saying that is the staff. They truly love what they are doing, and treat the residents with dignity and kindness. The overall atmosphere is warm, upbeat, and welcoming.
