CriticalLack of response
I have called numerous times to get information and talk to someone personally. The phone is never answered, and it goes voicemail but unable to leave anyone a message due to mailbox is full. If there was an emergency need for anything with a family or friend, who do we get in contact with?? Poor communication and responsiveness.

The staff is kind and respectful at Sunset Ridge Memory Care. The housekeeper takes pride in her work and likes talking with the residents. Communication with our family has been great. We requested a care plan meeting and the head nurse responded promptly. For Meals and Dining: the portion sizes are just right and the food is very tasty. I would highly recommend Sunset Ridge Memory Care. It's a family experience.
