I want to leave a positive review for [name removed] and her staff. They put up with a lot of stuff that they shouldn't. I've great experiences. no place is perfect And there are bound to be problems. The measure of a company is how well they deal with problems. All of our problems resolved satisfactorily. The place was clean and pest-free. The staff did everything they said they were going to do. They kept their promises.

When my family walked in, the staff was standing around talking to one another, and when we asked where our loved one was they immediately became hostile for no apparent reason. We were taken down a hallway that had half the lightbulbs not working, and we saw a woman with matted hair walking the opposite direction. That person with matted hair later came in to give our loved one medication and became extremely rude when we asked who she was and what she was giving him.
