My parents and I toured this facility and we were very impressed. Rooms are a good size, staff was very friendly, and they have a nice outdoor patio setting. We like that their cost is all inclusive.

administrative problems

The intake process was very disorganized. Then, they double drafted rent and are dragging their feet to fix their mistake. This is not a place I would recommend.

Family experience

When it comes to the staff they are in a big change right now. I haven't seen the food. I think there could be more activities for the memory care residents. It's expensive but it was that way at all of them. They don't take Medicaid so we will have to find a new facility soon

Great experience

My dad’s transition to memory care was the best decision that could have been made for him. He is adjusting well and he is content. He loves the food and the caregivers. He rarely asks to go home now. We are pleased with his care at this time.

The food at [community removed]/Terra Bella was absolutely the worst food! The funny thing is now that [name removed] is in [community removed] the food is SO much Better! From real napkins to condiments at every table. My other frustration was the medical treatment. The staff was inconsistent with the daily meds. The staff put the meds in his room while [name removed] was at breakfast. Anyone could come in the room and tamper with his medicine. Staff has been great. They seemed very patient and encouraging with mom adjusting. Facility always seems clean. Best we could ask for. I've told my family I would like to stay at he same facility if the time comes.
