CriticalFelt very clinical and less homey. Person showing us around seemed to have a permanent scowl. Greeted residents, but it felt like she wouldn't have if we weren't there. Was also disappointed with the one day only sales pitch. Were finding a home for a loved one, not buying a used car.

My mom was placed at TerraBella through A Place for Mom. We love it. Most importantly, my mom loves it there. When we take her out for outings she is happy to get back. The staff have become like family to us. The other residents are precious. I highly recommend A Place for mom for helping find the right place for your family member.

The staff is attentive and caring. The facility is well maintained and clean. Maintenance stall is highly responsive. My mother loves the staff and the way they take care of her. She also likes the restaurant staff and enjoy the food, especially the treats that are available throughout the day.
