The facilities are clean and smell good. The food is very good and food service is prompt each day. The staff is overall friendly and helpful. The room accommodations are excellent. The studio apt is spacious and set up well. Terra Bella is very accommodating based on level of care and need of the residents. Our only slight complaint is during the initial several months of care the staff had to figure out how to best care for my dad. Upper level staff are great and the only reason we are still there. Aides that spend most time tending to residents - no evidence they have any memory care extra training, exhibit zero effort to engage if interact with residents. They sit at a station and play on their phones and give you attitude when you ask them nicely to something simple that is their job. I had to make the hard decision of putting my mother in a place for care and her safety because she had dementia, I viewed this place (looks can be deceiving) I spoke to marketing director and he had a nurse come out to my mothers home and access her the nurse said she needed to be in the assisted living after one week that nurse quit...
