Overall would recommend

Overall, the experience was good, and the staff/care was good; the facility was very nice and kept clean, most of the rooms were private and a good size. Overall my husband was treated well and if something additional was needed it was taken care of if at all possible.

I enjoyed my visit to Terra Bella. All the staff were friendly and the facility was attractive and inviting.

This is a beautiful facility in a quiet setting... residents seemed well cared for. It was an impromptu visit and director didn't hesitate to give me a tour.

Caring, but could improve on laundry and grooming

Things could be improved but they have been very good about some important things. The hall smells of urine more often. The other areas seem clean enough. Again, staff changes lately but they are super nice in the building. Her hall has some super nice staff. The important things of keeping her safe, clean, dressed they do well. But no matter the complaints about laundry, many clothes just go missing. Cost has gone up and I feel as though it's already almost unaffordable for us."

Our experience with TerraBella

My loved one is currently a resident at TerraBella Shelby and overall I would say that things are good. The move in process was pretty smooth. The staff are super nice and welcoming. Communication with the family could be better, but it is okay. The value for cost is not so great as families are responsible for supplying their loved one's supplies separately. Overall though, TerraBella Shelby is a nice facility.

Our family had an in person tour with TerraBella Shelby and the tour experience was great we liked it very much! It was out 2nd choice, however the room available at the time did not have everything I thought we needed (no kitchenette).
