PositivePlease know that this IS NOT A CARE facility! This an apartment complex for those 55 and over and want and active lifestyle. They do serve breakfast Monday thru Friday at no cost with added dinners and brunches with added costs throughout the month The apartments are luxurious and high end and can be changed to suit.

PositiveAll are 5. We are very happy here. The residents and staff are friendly and helpful. Yes, I would recommend The Alloro at University Groves to other families based on the experience I have had so far.
★★★★★
PositiveAll around it is a friendly clean with a reasonable price. I can say I have 2 bedroom 2 bath. The Apt is quite large. The price is fair.
★★★★★
PositiveI think it's helpful to know that you are only paying for breakfast with your rent. There are many options for rooms/amenities.
★★★★★
PositiveHighly recommend Alloro for very independent and active seniors that are 55 and older. It is expensive, but they offer very high quality apartments. The meals are limited, but overall I would highly recommend this community.
