During my visits, I have witnessed multiple troubling issues: I saw cockroaches in her room. She was left sitting in the dining area in her wheelchair for an extended period of time, crying, not knowing how to get back to her room. She had a gash on her leg that she could not explain. It had not been cleaned or bandaged until I noticed it and raised concern. I was then told there were no nurses on the premises that day to address it. There was feces on her rug, sneaker, and bedsheets that had gone unnoticed. I …

The place lied and said they could handle her. Not only did she fall but they did not tell us. The only way we found out was by my brother in law calling there to see how her first night was. Very sneaky place knew it was to good to be true for her

CriticalIf You're The Right Fit, Great Value and Down To Earth
Rating would depend on required level of care. Attention paid to a good activity roster. Nice staff, good apartments and terrific food. Excellent value. On the down side, mom quickly advanced with age to need a higher level of care. They have no nursing staff and their wellness setup tended toward haphazard. They lost the case manager soon after our arrival and were struggling to fill the spot, which had one person managing over a hundred elderly residents.
