Overall experience has been great. For a situation that isn't easy, the staff at The Ashton has been wonderful. From figuring out the administrative and the logistics to all the staff members welcoming my dad and greeting him when they see him. He's not thrilled to be there (he really wanted to stay in his home) but he is settling in and the staff is a big part of that. Plus the food is outstanding. My dad is doing well because he is eating three great meals a day. Scott the activities director has so much planned …

Warm and inviting

The staff, medical, kitchen, activities director, front desk, and facilities manager, work like a team and are incredibly adaptable to the residents' needs. Everyone is super warm and open and made my mom and I feel incredibly welcomed.

Anthology of Plaza

My mom was there from [date removed] until she passed in 2024. The staff at anthology cared for her like family. She was in the memory care floor and the staff were all so loving and really knew how to handle her. She had Parkinson’s and dementia which is really rough but the staff made it good. The physical building looks like a 4 star hotel. Ots on the plaza so we often took mom out for meals. It’s beautiful and my mom often thought she was on vacation (dementia). Very caring and professional

The rooms at the Ashton are spacious and bright but best of all everybody from the Magnolia Trail director (the Ashton's Memory Care section) to the nurses, aides, occupational therapists to the medical director are very caring, loving and professional. You can be sure your family member is well cared for.

We had a wonderful experience at The Ashton on The Plaza!! We toured during one of their Open House Events and were thoroughly impressed on every level!! Not only is The Ashton a GORGEOUS place to live, but the Team we met was friendly, helpful, responsive, and welcoming!! Their Residents were happy and enthusiastic about their experiences and eager to introduce us to their friends who also live there!! It’s a Beautiful building. The care is great. The staff truly cares. It’s in a great location! Staff interacts with the residents. Residents seem happy and are smiling. Food is wonderful. Can see the Plaza lights.
