It is a very family friendly environment. The staff are genuine and caring. Very clean food is good. One bedroom plenty of room for mom. Has microwave and full refrigerator. Many activities to keep residents busy.

I would not recommend the memory care unit at Bellaire Senior Living. During my mother's stay, we frequently had difficulty locating staff on her floor despite being told coverage was available 24/7. We also witnessed concerning issues with medication handling and meal service, including occasions where my mother was not brought meals unless we specifically asked. Our family visited often and observed repeated problems with communication, supervision, and how behavioral outbursts related to dementia were managed. …

The move in was easy after 5 weeks Bellaire said she had to go to memory care up stairs smaller unit and she needed Passion Care which runs [removed] a month more. There were no discounts for not giving medicine or her baths. They check on her hourly and take her to meals. The woman working at Passion Care works part time and is always too busy to help my brother with paperwork takes days for her to do one paper.
