I would tell them that if their person is not completely cognizant and aware of everything that is going on around them that they should avoid the community immediately. If they choose to move into the facility I would strongly recommend multiple cameras in the room.

I would tell them that we were very lucky to find this place . Help and information on the veterans discount was vital in getting mom such a nice place. A Place for Mom helped a lot and I would refer them to get info from them. I saw your add on tv and thought why not give them a call. I would tell others to consider the Bridge for their loved one my brothers, sister and I are happy and do not worry about mom's needs getting met.

Above average

They are better than average. Some staff are excellent others not. They are dealing with the current societal challenges of finding and retaining good employees with good attitudes who truly care. Disclaimer: This is 2nd hand info since my dad has been with mom at meals for 6+ months... #1 Healthier choices. Stevia? Less sugar, salt, cholesterol. Less processed foods. 2nd Keeping the food at the proper hot/cold temp just prior to being served. 3rd making sure residents are served what they are ordered.

Good folks who try hard to do right by residents & their families

The staff at Bridge at Columbia are good folks who try hard to do right by the residents and their families. The cleanliness of the facility is better than average, but not spotless. They try hard, but it's challenging with the condition of some of the elderly residents. Overall I would recommend Bridge at Columbia to others looking for assisted living for their loved ones.

A Good Place for Mom

We feel grateful to have Mom at The Bridge. It has been a good place for her. It's clean and neat. From what we can see, they're taking care of her and doing what they said they would do in our interview. Mom tells me that the food is good aside from the fact that they don't really serve a lot of vegetables.

My loved one wanted to move into the community; however, the community wasn't able to accommodate my loved one's health concerns. This community felt very secure for residents.
