Our first encounter was the tour of The Bridge, such kindness of the director and friendliness of the staff made us feel so comfortable. One of residents even stopped us to say an how nice the place was. We never felt like we were asking too much, we see a lot of accountability with the staff for each one of the residents. PositiveWhen I Walked in the Door. My Apartment is Great & I Loved it
My new home is pretty and well decorated. That's important to me. I enjoy the activities that are provided and the encouragement by staff to participate. All of the staff are very friendly and very helpful. I love the monthly candlelight dinners. There is always a theme & the staff dress accordingly. Band music is great.

Starting with management, ethics and compassion predominate all actions and is central throughout the entire facility. This brings comfort and security to all. Staff is respectful to our individual choices such that we are free to enjoy our life while knowing we are supported with care at each level through our aging process.
