Our overall experience was mixed. We are genuinely grateful that the facility was willing to accept and care for our loved one when several other communities were unable to meet his needs. CIEL has been nice. My day is adjusting as well as my mom. We have been there for about two months and things are settling nicely. They are very welcoming and work with the families and help to ensure comfort. I'd say a welcoming packet or the handbook right away would be helpful. It took us a bit to get that.
