Exceptional Memory Care and Activites

I can't say enough good things about the memory care at Carillon at Belleview Station. The staff work hard to make residents feel safe, comfortable, and valued. The environment is warm and welcoming, with thoughtful touches that help residents feel at home. A special mention goes to the memory care activity staff, who are simply outstanding. They brings so much energy, creativity, and compassion to the community. I love coming into the building to teach my science classes to the residents and can see firsthand how …

There are room for improvements, but we have had no issues with the cleanliness of the staff. The staff are very friendly and personable. The activities seem to be very good

Best in the area

I toured a number of facilities prior to picking The Carillion at Belleview Station. It was by far the best facility that I saw. The facility is very clean and they had many options for care. [name removed] the director, [name removed] the medical director and [name removed] the activity director are all really god a what they do. My mother passed away in September and they were very kind to me during a difficult time.

Our Experience

I would recommend the facility. The food quality is good, just not particularly tasty. For the most part, the staff are great but they don't stick around. So there's the problem of trainees all the time. Move in process was easy and they were very helpful when we moved internally several times. Families must remain very engaged in their loved ones care. And, they need the caregivers to see them engaged. That is the best way to keep communication open and working. Our family had an in person tour with The Carillion and we would highly rate them based on the tour experience. It went really well and it was one of our tope choices for our loved one.
