Room size is very good. 20 yrs ago my Father In Law was there. 6 yrs ago my Mother In Law was there. 3 yrs ago my sister In Law was there Both my mother-in-law and sister-in-law were at both facilities --one on S. Village Dr. and also the one on Fletcher Avenue both in Tampa, Florida. We were impressed all three times we had dealings with them --the only complaint was generally the cost, which is pretty substantial for us, but overall, we've been very happy with them. A blessing

Visited a family friend that has been living in the community a little over 2 months transformation on how they look now being in the community with activities and friends warms my heart. The staff treat him so well absolutely a blessing.

Don't judge a book by its cover. It looks great but...

I like the décor and the friendly residents. I don't like the harshness of the staff and there has been occasions where they run out of medication that is vital, missed dodes should not happen but they do. They also leave incontinent residents wet for long periods or leave them on the toilet for very long periods of time. I would not recommend this place. It's way too expensive for the care that's received.

Food is just okay. The offerings are way to starch and carb heavy. The levels of additional care are easily charged but not necessarily followed. My uncle is supposed to be assisted with a shower every 3 days. That just doesn't happen. Nor has his shower been properly cleaned since he arrived (2 months). Transport to and from meals is spotty and non-existent on the weekends. The maintenance man, [name removed]??, has been fantastic. [name removed]at the front desk has also been very helpful and kind. Warm and loving feeling

From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, everyone is smiling and happy! the front desk conceirge is wonderful and friendly, you can tell everyone there cares. It really feels like home. It was a bonus that they had entertainment going on when I visited.
