★★★★★
PositiveThe nursing staff is very good. Not surprisingly, the daily care staff (not sure what term they use) is uneven: sometimes they're terrific and sometimes they are quite underwhelming. I'm sensitive to how hard that job is and how hard it is to find and retain people to do that difficult job of caring for people with dementia.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is exceptional each and every day. From top to bottom they take care of any and all needs. Everyone is kind, caring, and loving. They honestly never cease to amaze me. The facility is quite pretty and always clean. My mom's visitors are always impressed by its appearance. There are activities all day every day and the staff always welcomes any suggestions of new ideas. They offer trips to shops and restaurants regularly and even transportation to doctors visits if needed. If there is a need that you may h…

PositiveWonderful place, just not the right placement for my father. Caring and responsive staff. Residents appeared happy.

They're all very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. In [Date Removed] the cost went up 10%, which was very startling for our family. The food is not prepared in house and we feel the quality could …

PositiveI recently toured Willow Crossings and was very impressed with the grounds, facilities, staff and residents. Out of all the assissted living facilities I've toured in the area this one is top of the list.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff have been extremely kind, take the time with residents to insure they are safe and well cared for, they know residents by name and what their care needs are, this includes the housekeeping staff to the administration, as well as nursing.

Classification and identity evidence
Listed by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Aging & Independence as a Continuing Care site that submits operational documents under Massachusetts law.
