PositiveThis is not a high skilled nursing facility, and the nursing staff are very limited on what they can do. The facility director [name removed] was excellent. She was very professional, courteous, attentive, and overall great to work with.

PositiveWhen looking for a memory care facility, I wanted one that would meet my mother-in-law’s needs, regardless of the level of care she required. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful to get her moved in and comfortable. Positive[name removed], the executive Director is very responsive and does a great job managing the facility. [name removed], who is in charge of the nurses is also very responsive and does a good job. This is not a skilled nursing facility so you have to keep that in mind if your parents need that type of care.
