Experiences beginning from first tour have been exceptional. Staff is caring, spends time with residents, aware of their preferences in food, activities, etc. I've observed residents, no matter where they are in the building, called by their preferred names and helped with everything. When I bring items to my Mother. Staff offer help, maintenance comes to lunch to ask each resident if they need anything done. Facility is clean no matter time of day. Appropriate nursing care, when needed, is available 24 hours a day…

PositiveInitial tour informative with answers to all questions! Wonderful spaces. Clean environment and great open areas for walking. On a second visit with Mom, many department heads and the Exec. Director made time to introduce themselves and make her feel welcome. Loved the restruarant approach to meals for residents and snack areas close to resident living spaces to provide nutrition all day.
