★★★★★
PositiveI recently visited this community and was very impressed with the beautiful welcoming atmosphere, and friendly team. During my visit I had the opportunity to meet with some of the leadership team and it was immediately clear how passionate they are to creating an exceptional experience for residents and families. The leadership commitment shines through in the culture of the entire community. The staff are warm and engaging, and there was a genuine sense of care and connection throughout the building. it's easy to…

PositiveThere is no house-keeping at the cottages. We aren't fans of standing in line for meals. No swimming pool. Otherwise, place seems to be well run. Organized, clean, people-friendly.
★★★★★
PositiveI was very impressed with the Enclave. It would have been in the running if they had Assisted Living rooms available at the time of my visit. I got to visit a Memory Care room and see the various activities that the residents were involved in at the time. The Facility was clean and the residents seemed happy to be there.
★★★★★
PositiveExcellent nursing care for assisted living, clean.

In the meantime, the quality of the food went down, as did the number of servers in the dining room. (Most of this happened with our last CEO. I talked to her privat…

The excuse given was the pandemic. The food was poor quality and residents frequently waited 30-45 to get waited on because there was not adequate wait staff. The tables are so crowded together (because the Enclave couldn’t or wouldn’t hire enough wait staff to open the other dining room) that it was dangerous for residents using walkers or scooters …
