About the community
Located just northeast of Cleveland on a campus with beautiful gardens and breathtaking oaks, The Enclave of Newell Creek is a senior living community designed for those looking for the simple life, along with discreet, round-the-clock professional support. In addition to independent and assisted living services, Enclave of Newell Creek offers Memory Care for individuals living with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. Each day welcomes new opportunities for fitness, fun, creativity and connection. Every day is a chance to make new memories. Residents can enjoy a conversation with neighbors over a chef-prepared breakfast. Meet up in the grand parlor for a piano sing-along. Or, if they're in the mood, they can even have an adventure with friends at Mentor Lagoons Nature Preserve and Marina.

I visited a family friend in memory care; the care i have witnessed with my own eyes is unbearable. The nursing supervisor doesn't care much. I'm unsure how this place is up and running please look at other assisted living or memory care this place is no place for your loved one because of the amount of falls, the treatment, and cold food they sit in soiled briefs for…

CriticalFacility is not equipped to handle memory care needs of all patients. They kicked out family member just over 30 days and would not negotiate on 4,000 community fee deposit even though they performed evaluation on the resident before moving in. They kept all of it after only 30 plus days in facility. Unbelievable Additional funds above base rent were withdrawn from patient bank account with no explanation before it was taken out. Upper management very unprofessional in my opinion.

PositiveThere is a $5 charge to get meals in room, $5 charge if residents need to be wheeled to meals. My mom said the cook no longer works there which is a shame the food was phenomenal. The do a lot of family gathering activities very well planned

PositiveI am so grateful to have The Enclave community here in Lake County. I have had the opportunity to spend time with a close friend here for over two years, and have observed the skilled staff and professional environment consistently. The Enclave is warm and welcoming, with many cozy indoor and outdoor areas that invite social gatherings and activities. All of the Team members - Concierge, Nursing, Caregivers, Housekeeping, Dining, Maintenance, Life Enrichment - and the Directors, are very engaged with the Residents …
