Very nice staff was very helpful ., I was looking for a place for respite car unfortunately we would have to do 30 days, I was looking for 2weeks .

They were very caring. My father in law was not even there 2 months before he passed. I would recommend to others.

posted a review on the actual website as well this place is no place for your loved ones the sad thing is after you signed to stay,. you. realize it. I visited a family friend in memory care; the care i have witnessed with my own eyes is unbearable. The nursing supervisor doesn't care much. Not recommended

Facility is not equipped to handle memory care needs of all patients. They kicked out family member just over 30 days and would not negotiate on 4,000 community fee deposit even though they performed evaluation on the resident before moving in. They kept all of it after only 30 plus days in facility. Unbelievable Additional funds above base rent were withdrawn from patient bank account with no explanation before it was taken out. Upper management very unprofessional in my opinion.

Would overall recommend

There is a $5 charge to get meals in room, $5 charge if residents need to be wheeled to meals. My mom said the cook no longer works there which is a shame the food was phenomenal. The do a lot of family gathering activities very well planned

I am so grateful to have The Enclave community here in Lake County. I have had the opportunity to spend time with a close friend here for over two years, and have observed the skilled staff and professional environment consistently.
