CriticalI'm disappointed
Rooms are large to accommodate patients furniture including bed. Activities are mostly ignored by inmates. Food varies from quite good to less. Premises are clean Care givers vary in care and attitude

CriticalStaff and administrators need to improve greatly. When I took my mother out of there in December her clothing was and body were do filthy we had to discard her clothing and bring her home and vigorously scrub her body. For [price removed] dollars a month this was totally non acceptable. She has improved greatly since we removed her. She feels like she has gotten her dignity back and I find that upsetting that she had lost it at that facility.

CriticalOur experience
I wanted a very expensive place for my aunt. She was very wealthy. It was very costly and my aunt passed away six weeks after I moved her in there she had asthma. They were not giving her her asthma medicine. One of the nurses even approached me when I was emptying my aunts room out crying saying that my aunt just said she needed air so I wasn't happy at all with them. The communication was poor with the staff.
