Positivegreat care and focus on my mind, body and soul for residents and families
had a little problem at the beginning receiving our bill breakdown but we love the staff and other residents at the forum, their goal is for their residents to be the healthiest and happiest they can be. yes, we would recommend The Forum at Park Lane to other families based on our experience

Long time caring staff. Very responsive. Only negative is the transportation services. Limited availability and some activities cancelled at last minute. I absolutely recommend Forum at Park Lane to others looking.

We work really hard to make sure our complimentary transportation services meet the needs of our residents, and are fortunate to have three drivers who are dedicated in providing prompt and reliable transportation While there are rare occasions where we are not able to accommodate last minute requests, these are generally due to the need to fulfill scheduled transportation requests that are made in advance.
