★★★★★
PositivePleasant people and atmosphere. Needed repairs done in a timely manner. I would recommend. Only thing I want to add is that there are many different activities planned to choose from, too many for anyone to participate in all, but plenty to choose from. I also recently discovered an exercise room and salon services available on site.
★★★★★
PositiveFriendly staff and fellow residents, place where I feel very safe, lots of activities available - many more than I have time to participate in. My apartment seems a little small, but I downsized from a 3-bedroom duplex with garage. I did choose a smaller 2-bedroom in order to cut the price, so I feel like I made the choice myself.
★★★★★
PositiveIt's not assisted living, so I have only encountered the front office people and they are extremely nice and helpful. And the lady that drives the shuttle for them seems very helpful and nice as well. Apartments are a decent size, the kitchen area is small not enough room for a table that is larger than a two person one. My mother-in-law does enjoy the activities they provide.
★★★★★
PositiveWhat I like the most about the community is the independence. Yes, I would recommend The Gardens community to other families based on the experience.

Positive[name removed] was amazing. She worked with us through the whole process. They have things for the residents to do. They have a program that takes the residents to their Doctor appointments or on outings. . They just go out of their way to help the residence and to make sure that they have what they need. This place is for my mom. During this whole process, I was in the state of Washington and my mom is in Kansas. So for me to look for a place for her, they went above and beyond to help me decide if it was somethin…

PositiveMy sister and brother in law live there...I just found a safe haven for them. I love your facility; (staff, cleanliness, happy tenants, affordable senior housing, services and activities, farmers market, happy hour, trash and recycling, ground zero access, wonderful décor, bright lighting, special meals from Hen House...the landscaping is lovely!
