PositiveVery knowledgeable staff with years of history with the residents. Newly acquired by a new company which created some minor issues which either have been resolved or are being resolved. I would recommend.

Positive[name removed] was very thorough in her explanation of the amenities available to residents. She carefully explained the costs and next steps. She addressed our mother much of the time when discussing the community which was greatly appreciated. Lots of paperwork which is to be expected, but she patiently explained what was required.

Another time, desperately needed glaucoma Rx eyedrops had not been refilled nor given for MONTHS resulting in permane…

So they didn't follow through with it. My dad couldn't walk because they didn't cut his toe nails. I know insurance only covers for it to be done once every four months. I told them I'd pay for that, so that he can walk. He complains about pain in his feet and it seemed like a simple fix. They…
