PositivePretty Good Overall
No assisted living place is great. This is just a less bad one. The food can often be good. The care helpers are mostly good people.. Just not enough of them. Lots of workers don't stick around for long, or call in sick when a better paying shift is available. Turnover and inadequate ratios some nights are the continual themes.. Sometimes that gets better for several weeks.

Just because to some issues with medications and timing of somethings that happen. Some of the medication was not really completely there fault but problems non the less. All issues have been addressed and mostly resolved

I think it's pretty obvious they could begin with the quality of care number 4. I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy! I had 3 meetings with the facility administrator and team in a matter of 5 months and too many calls with the administrator to count! I could honestly write a book about all of the issues!
