★★★★★
CriticalVery nice, attractive facility and very well maintained, clean property. Communication and follow up on concerns and requests. They need to provide families with organizational list of persons responsible for various tasks with phone # to be reached. They do not respond to phone or text messaging, and no one ever answers their phone.
★★★★★
PositiveHad a very nice tour and professionally presented introduction to the programs offered at the facility.
