★★★★★
PositiveThe facility is very nice and open. It’s great that the building is single story. The staff are all very nice and helpful.
★★★★★
CriticalThey seem to be able to work with mom more effectively and overall she seems calmer. The down side is they do not keep her hearing aids charged or her phone.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff is ALWAYS so very helpful and knowledgeable. There are lots of community places for residents to hang out, have coffee, snacks, etc. Beautiful facility, light and bright and very clean.

Staff is attentive, engaging and responsive to questions and issues. Food is better than most I believe. We have been very happy with them. It is very clean, activities are varied and fun. Maintenance is overall very good.

Do NOT trust them with accurate medication delivery. One wonders wha…
