The towering palm trees and serene sounds of trickling water in the courtyard make every day a vacation. Our pet-friendly community specializes in aging in place and features a vast array of exceptional services, including superior dining, luxurious amenities, and resort-style wellness programs — all designed to enhance and enrich residents’ lives. We believe that The Grove at Canopy should be a comfortable and safe environment for all, so our community offers various residences designed for independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Our community is ideal for couples who are in different stages of their lives, as we provide several care options. With living options designed to help you in each stage of your life, we believe we can help you find the perfect fit. Community Amenities and Services Residents can help themselves to a vast range of amenities including a barbershop, beauty salon, fitness center, theater room, golf course, arts and crafts center, game room, or to one of our indoor and outdoor common areas. We also regularly host several activities which include lifelong learning courses, cooking classes, a happy hour, live performances, and even devotional activities off-site. We have on-site gourmet chefs to cater your every craving, whether it be a light snack or a three-course meal. You can enjoy your meals in our elegant main dining room, our casual bistro and bar, or our intimate private dining room. We also offer separate dining rooms for those in need of assistance with dining. Additionally, we’re happy to provide residents with complimentary transportation should they need to leave the community. Our general community services include light housekeeping, laundry and drycleaning, and an on-site beautician. We offer separate residences for residents in memory care, which includes an enclosed courtyard, indoor and outdoor walking paths, and a wander-prevention system. We also have residences offering assisted living services designed to nurture your mind and body through personalized care, services, and wellness programs provided by our highly trained and certified caregivers. Additionally, we have a temporary stay program designed for respite care. Our short-term guests can rest assured, as they’re allowed to enjoy the same services and opportunities as our long-term residents. Living Arrangements Residents have many options when it comes to their living quarters. We offer fully furnished one-bedroom and two-bedroom options for the independent living residence, one-bedroom options for the assisted living residence, and a studio for our memory care residence. Additionally, all rooms and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible for ease and convenience. Some of our apartments also come with a full kitchen for residents who want to continue sharpening their cooking skills. All apartments are naturally well lit with windows that help open up the space by bringing in some nature. Care Types Offered The Grove at Canopy is an assisted living facility , which in the state of Florida is a facility that provides supervision of the activities of daily living, medications, and other similar services to residents in a homelike environment. These facilities can house one resident to hundreds of residents.
