★★★★★
PositiveNot enough nurses/techs. Mom's Parkinson's meds are needed at specific times, the staff is +/- 2 hrs at best. Very unresponsive to nurse call buzzers. Hopefully a staffing issue and not a training/attitude problem
★★★★★
PositiveI would highly recommend the facility to anyone and have recommended them to several people, including going through A Place For Mom for assistance. They try to make each patient feel welcome and included in as many activities as that individual can do. The facility is well maintained. Offer such amenities as a hair salon on premises. However, I will say that to receive regular updates in regards to patient's medication's the family/caretaker must be proactive about that.

PositiveMy loved one made steady improvement during a stay at The Grove of Oak Ridge. With the help of physical therapy, he was able to return home after a short stay.
★★★★★
Positivehad a great tour. Felt very welcoming. We were greeted at the door by name. It was a Sunday and the admission director was not in, so [name removed] the activities director, filled in. She did a great job explaining all the options and amenities. The residents had a good sense of humor and seemed to enjoy themselves. Overall it Felt safe, happy, clean, and warm.
