Don't allow THIS happen to your loved one!

I'd say everything was a -5. My son and I were very disappointed overall. The staff was not helpful. My husband was diabetic. He fell sitting at table at breakfast. They just st moved him to adjoining room. No one could tell me what had happened other than he'd passed out at the table. When I arrived there that am I found him slumped in a big chair. I asked at the desk what had happened. No one knew or seemed to care. The rest of day until 4:30-5:00 pm I sat w/him while he slept. He had one shower in that month.

Families experience.

I think there short handed more often then not and I get that . But I think they need to express that to us. The staff on the floor is really good and friendly and they do interact with the people there pretty well. I can always tell when there short staffed because my mom looks disheveled more often then she has ever before.

My Husband Smiles More Than Ever Now

The patient care staff is incredible. They know every resident's name. They encourage them to participate in everything. There are appropriate activities all day everyday from games like bingo to exercise like bowling. There are sing-a-longs and arts and crafts. The food is varied and well-prepared. They are very careful about preparing food for those with allergies. Housekeeping isn't as diligent as I would like. They are supposed to check each room every shift, but they sometimes miss soiled towels or sheets. The

Review for The Hampton at Salmon Creek Memory Care

It was a reasonably good experience. The staff is caring and kind. They are not transitory, many have been working at The Hampton for years. My father lived there just six weeks before he passed.

Our Families Experience

Overall experience was outstanding. The staff treated mom like a loving family member. We were told she was like a Gma to several. They truly loved her. And when we visited monthly, from out of state, staff went out of their way to accommodate 5-7 of us so we dine together & visit in one of the larger rooms. We, as family, were treated like we were there family. We were so blessed, and mom loved them all. I gave a 4 for activities & cost, because mom was not able to participate in activities. And cost... well, it's

Our families experience

Our loved one is receiving the least expensive care but they have increased the monthly rate from [fee removed] to [fee removed]. I don't believe the cost of this is reflective of the care our loved one receives. However, I would recommend based on other sites I visited prior to our loved ones placement.
