Best in memory care

I'm so thankful this place was recommended to us. They got a lift for him and got him up a few times, pureed his food for him, staff was always very attentive with him and they even kept his roommate out of the room on his last night so we could be w/ him in private. I just can't say enough about this place! I just found them very accommodating to my dad' high needs and friendly to me. Staff always seemed engaged w/ the people living there.

Robinwood was an excellent fit for my husband. He was well cared for and as content as possible. The facility has changed owners and managers since my husband died. I do not know how it is now. . A place for mom was efficient and helpful when I really needed assistance.

Our Experience

Communication with the family was great. The staff was super friendly and caring. Several even attended my dad's funeral. The meals were excellent and we had plenty of opportunities for family to join in the meals with the residents. I would recommend The Ridge at Lansing to others and already have.

Our family had an in person tour with The Ridge at Lansing and we found they did a good job on the tour experience but at the time there was not no room availability for our loved one

Would recommend. Wonderful, welcoming, and attentive staff.

Robinwood Landing was wonderful. My dad was only there for a little less than a month before he died, and they were welcoming/attentive/ checked on him often, and I always felt his needs were met. And for the price being all inclusive and not based on his needs, it was well worth it.
