She fell on [date removed] and never returned to the facility. It would be helpful for others looking to know that it's 100% private pay- no Medicaid waiver beds. They need to offer fresh fruit on each plate. Also, there are tons of fruit flies - they would always be hovering over her food.

Every assisted living facility is very expensive, but overall I recommend the Inn at Apple Ridge. It did take them awhile to fix the freezer area in my loved one's mini fridge, but it did get taken care of. There are a variety of activities available, but I think some residents need reminders though.

We chose The Inn at Apple Ridge because the facility felt smaller than most we were looking at...more homey. It is all also on one level. The staff are kind .. attentive and treat everyone like they are their mom/dad.

Outings...bus trips are a big hit...Apple Ridge provides regular bus trips for the residents. their staff makes an effort to stay in touch with the families...I receive a monthly call just to "check in and stay connected "...very much appreciated...and would absolutely recommend The Inn at Apple Ridge to other families.
