I would give every category a 5!!!! It is a hidden gem!!!! It was a great value, I didn't need to worry any more and the staff became part of my family. When my mom passed they were upset as I was. Crying in each others arms. They called her the Mayor there. She kept the conversation going at meals, always made others feel comfortable and had the time of her life. She especially enjoyed the individual time that they gave her talked about old Portsmouth. I could go on for hours about how they changed my mom's life …
