PositiveMy loved one has passed away. During his time there, the staff were very helpful all the time but especially helpful even though we had hospice while he was going downhill. Their aids are very good with the memory care residents.

PositiveThe care givers are nice and responsive. They are very good with the residents. Seem to know their preferences and can easily guide and redirect them when needed. There has been some turnover with the DON. They do respond if you have a question. The front desk and activities people are great!

PositiveI am concerned that the facility has gone through at least 3 administrators and 4 head nurses in the last year. I think there are only about 3 of the administrative staff that have been there since [date removed] when mom entered the facility. I would still definitely recommend for assisted care. I'm not sure about the memory unit. Although, I do believe that mom has adjusted well to memory care and the floor staff that the have are very good and caring. The concern i have is that they are often short staffed.

PositiveIt has been a great experience for my mom and our family. It is close to where we live and we are able to drop in any time. Her room is nice and is close to the common area where she is able to join in the many activities that they provide. She likes socializing with the workers and other residents. She has adjusted well to the change. I feel that this setting has helped her remain active and social on a safe environment with the workers assisting her where needed.

PositiveMy father in law moved out of their a few months ago. It was a nice facility with a good staff. The location was great for us and very close to home so we visited often. The facility itself is very nice looking from the initial tour. I would recommend The Inn at Walnut Trail to others.
