★★★★★
PositiveOur overall all experience is 5 stars. There are a variety of activities, including bingo, movie watching, and crafts. There is a salon on site that provides nail trims, hair cuts and styling. There are a variety of spaces for family and friends to sit and visit. While we've had an occasional issue with some of the care team, those issues are resolved quickly and followed up on.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff for the most part was kind but they were clearly needing more staff to cover needs on a couple of occasions. The rooms and people were very nice to work with and super accommodating . From my mom's perspective she absolutely hated the food. The variety was there but the quality wasn't very good. No concerns about cleanliness but the taste wasn't great.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility and its staff are wonderful. I appreciate the menu of care the most. The staff not only helped me with the tour, they also put me in touch with resources to help my family member transition. Thanks to [name removed] and the very friendly staff at the Isle at Cedar Creek.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff have been very nice and willing to work with us on my father in law's care needs. Everyone says hello and knows him by name. His apartment is perfect for him. One bedroom for sleeping and one for a living space. There is a small kitchenette that is perfect. Room for his own coffee maker. He likes that the variety of meals. Especially that he can order breakfast at lunch or dinner.
★★★★★
PositiveWe chose Isle at Cedar Ridge for my father’s advanced care needs, and it’s been the best decision. Their two-person assist and diabetic management services are handled flawlessly. The Memory Support program is thoughtful and engaging, and the 24-hour on-site nursing team is a tremendous asset. This place truly cares.
★★★★★
PositiveFrom the first day, Isle at Cedar Ridge felt like home for my mom. Their ability to handle complex needs like diabetic management and Hoyer lifts is unmatched. The staff is compassionate, and the 24-hour nursing presence is a lifesaver. This is more than a facility—it’s a place where residents are treated like family.
