They have been going through transition. New ownership I believe. It's taken them awhile to prepare her food correctly (chopped). It's better. Slow bringing food to the table. Also she is supposed to get two showers a week. There's been a lot of confusion about scheduling so she hasn't gotten her showers when she was supposed to. Hopefully the confusion has been rectified. The place is beautiful and we love that memory care has lots of windows and large hallways all on ground level. My husband's studio is comfortable and kept clean. I can take him over to assisted living for more activities and around the big courtyard also. The caregivers are friendly and work hard. He needs a lot of help because he is a fall risk. I had relatives live here. The transportation that they promised is notoriously unreliable. They will leave your 82 year old relative waiting for a ride back home. Important medical appointments have been missed. They are dismissive then say they only have one driver for the entire community. This happened routinely and we eventually had to move.
